Recyclebin is a temporary storage of a files that have been deleted from file manager by the user,but not at perminently erased from the file system.Lowlevel utilities usually bypass this layer entirely and delete files immediately.On certain operating systems,files must be moved out of the trash before they are accessed again.within a recyclebin a record is kept of each individual files and directorys original location.It is presented as a special file directory to the users, allowing the users to browse deleted files,undeleted files those that were deleted by mistake or delete them perminently.

FOLLOW THE BELOW STEPS 

1. Click Start / Run.

2. Type regedit and press enter.

3. Open the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT folder.

4. Open the CLSID folder.
5. Open the (645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E) folder.
6. Open the ShellFolder .
7. Change the "Attributes" data value from "40 01 00 20" to 50 01 00 20". Once completed change the "CallForAttribute­s" dword value to "0x00000000" (double click and change value data to 0). 

Note

1. You must change both of these values to get the rename to appear.

2. After performing the above steps you will be able to rename the icon like any other icon.

3. Right-click the Recycle Bin icon on the desktop and click Rename and rename it to whatever you want...............................

4. Now double click on the saved file.Then you can see that worldwidenetworkings are typed automatically.like that you can change any desired words in the above code. eg: Hardwork is a key for door of success.........

IMPORTANT NOTE :

3) Move your courser on to start and click on run.In run type cmd.exe command  and run as administrator and press enter.

4) A black screen which appear on the desktop it is an command prompt on that type netstat-n.Then you can observe that only one ip address which appear many times.

5) Next you have to type shutdown-i.Then you can observe a box on that you have to click add button.now a small box will pop up.

6)Now type an ip address of your opponent which is appeared after netstat-n command.

7) Now you can see three options click on shutdown.If you want to show a message to  your  opponent PC once check the warm users of the action and set your time in  seconds.

8) Select any one of the option in shutdown tracker. At the end of your message type that your PC got hacked by Harish kumar and we destroy your PC.

9) Atlast shutdown yourpc is going to blast.Then you click on on OK it finishes your process.
