Just follow follwing steps and See attached picture that will help u further.
1- Go to Control Panel
2- Open Regional & Language Options
3- Then Click on Time Tab
NOTE: In windows 7 click on additional settings and then time tab
4- write your name or anything in the box of AM or PM
5- Now press apply
Now, U can see your name written with time in taskbar
